Incheon Airport, Korea
I took my first Korean meal here at the airport.
The entrance to the washrooms is quite futuristic and eye-catching.
Suwon Convention Center
Gwanggyo Lake Park
A nice neighborhood for people to have leisure time.
The Loxid Gateau coffee and bakery serves nice cake and coffee.
Automated sales process like this is a norm in Korea.
The Galleria
Galleria Gwanggyo, Suwon was quite a unique building with a see-through walkway building facade.
City of Lights
Not far from the hotel is the town center full of restaurants and eateries.
The colorful neon lights of the city remind me of similar settings in Japan and Taiwan, the likes of Roppongi, Shinjuku, Taipei, etc.
Korean Food
The organizer prepared lunch boxes for participants of the Business Assembly during Asia Pacific Urban Forum 8 (APUF8).
Some cookies as a gift to speakers.
While the last one is not Korean food, the interior ambiance of the Western-style cafe is worth sharing.
Haeden Hotel High End Suwon
Seems like fourth floor was replaced with an “F” instead of the number “4”.
A spacious and clean room for a solo business traveler.
Evening view from the hotel room.
Night view from the hotel room.
18th floor view of the vibrant food and beverage street area within walking distance from the hotel.
Journey Back
Grateful for the carpool with Jitendra and Farzana to Incheon airport, who had been very helpful and coordinating the presentation session for this Suwon trip.
A futuristic display of Korean brand KIA at the airport.
Another experience gained. Grateful for the people met and the event attended.
Where to Next?
Never stop exploring. 😊
